PDCA ("Plan-Do-Check-Act") is an iterative four-step problem-solving process typically used in quality control.

  • Plan: What an organization wants to change.
  • Do: Implement the desired changes.
  • Check: Test the changes whether they meet the required standards or not.
  • Act: Make necessary changes if there is any diversity.
